Email size limitation

We are trying to send out a file which is over 20M, and then I got the
message back about my message is too large but we didn't set any rule in the
server. Can anyone tell that the server has the default rule or not? If yes,
how can I change it? Thank You so much

I followed the post below to get some config file. My send conncector is 10MB
only, I want to know where I can set to 50MB and for my account: the max send
size is 100MB, but I still can't send it, please let me know where I can set
these values, thank you
