In Microsoft Outlook 2003 , I had set rule to forward email to another email
a/c, but I found that it only works with my office email within the exchange
server, while forward email to other emails a/c such as yahoo, or hotmail is
impossible .

Any one can give me comments .

Thank you very much

Hi Fai,

you must add the target email address in active directory as contact. And
find it on the forward function. Exchange not allow to auto forward for
external email account.
