Dear Sirs,

One of our user got a NDR when he sent a mail to the external mail address,
the NDR said mail.mydomain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Requested action not
taken: message refused, but the user could send mails to many external
domains. I already set the IMF no action when blocing the messages. What's
the problem? Please kindly help.

Thank you
James

Dear Rock,

I think the issue was solved because our user's mail could reach that
address since I asked the opponent to change their SCL rating. Thank you
again and Happy Lunar New Year.

With warm regards,
James
