sir,
We have implemented exchange server2007, now OWA is working externally.
we cannot config outlook externally through exchange server2007 not by using
POP3/IMAP. We dont have VPN connection and ISA server. Is it possible to
config. Whenever we go to connect the error is coming" The connection to the
Micorosoft Exchange server is unavailable.Outlook must be online or connected
to complete this action."
outlook2007 in this situation
thank you

How about Exchange 2003? We are planning to enable Outlook anywhere in
existing Exchange 2003 server.
Thanks for your post.
In order to better troubleshoot the issue, please provide me with the
1.Did you enable Outlook Anywhere on your Exchange computer that installed
Client Access Server role?
2.Did you configure Outlook 2007 for Outlook Anywhere?
3.Did you install Exchange 2007 on Windows server 2008?
4.Which version and SP information is your Exchange server?
For more information about deploy Outlook Anywhere, please refer to the
Deploying Outlook Anywhere

Additional, for more information about how to configure Outlook, please
Use Outlook Anywhere to connect to your Exchange server without VPN

Hope this helps. If you have any question, please feel free to let me
know.
Thanks and Best Regards,,
