The secretary in my company has 1 problem regarding her boss's calendar.

The secretary is the owner of her boss's calendar. The boss also gave her
permission to fully control the calendar. Some new and amended appointments
were saved in secretary's Outlook 2003, and exchange server successfully.
However, such appointments were not found / amended couple days later. It
seems the version of her boss's calendar was fall back to couple days ago.

Pls check if microsoft has received similar issues and provide any
suggestion to resolve this issue. Thanks a lot for your feedback in advance!

Dear Rock,

Thanks for your reply! Below pls find my clarification:

1. In Boss's Outlook, I share the Calendar to the secretary with owner in
permission level. Then in secretary I open shared calendar of the Boss

2. Secretary created and saved a new appointment on 7/3. On 10/3 she can
still see the appointment in boss's calendar. However, on 11/3 she could not
find the appointment

I will send the calendar printed on Mar 10 and 11. You can see for March 18,
an appointment from 6 to 7pm is shown on Mar 10 but not on Mar 11

Dear Rock,

I will provide screen shot of boss's permission by email. However, to answer
your questions, the boss did not delete any appointment. The secretary did
add the appointment in boss's calendar.

I will also try to create a new test mailbox to check this issue
Thanks for your reply.
1.On the boss’s computer, open Outlook, expand mailbox, and right-click calendar, select properties, click permissions,
2.Select the screenshot it to the newsgroup, please let me know the alias name of the secretary.
3.Did the boss delete the appointment that was created by his/her secretary from his calendar?
4.Double confirm that the secretary add an appointment in the boss’s calendar not in herself calendar.
1.Create a new user with name “test” and enable mailbox via ADUC, create a new Outlook profile with the test user,
2.Open Outlook, navigate to calendar, right-click calendar, select properties, click permissions tab,
3.Click add, enter the alias name for the secretary, click Ok, set permission level as “owner”,
4.Check the effect.
Hope this helps. If you have any question, please feel free to let me know.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Rock Wang
